Key management James Quinn, CEO Before joining Replisaurus, Jim was group vice president of SUSS MicroTec, where he held a variety of roles, including Group VP of Global Sales and Service, Managing Director of North America and Managing Director of the company's advanced packaging business unit. Jim became part of the SUSS Group in 2001, when SUSS acquired his precision photomask company Image Technology, Inc., where he was president and CEO. In addition, Jim was a Co-founder of SECAP (Semiconductor Equiment Consortium Advanced Packaging) Mike Thompson, COO Mike has 28 years of experience from the microelectronics industry, where he has held numerous technology development and management positions. Prior to joining Replisaurus in 2008 Mike spent 17 years at STMicroelectronics Crolles, France, operation, and has overseen the lab-to-fab evolution of dozens of processes and materials. Most recently, Thompson was the deputy CTO of STMicroelectronics, with responsibility for CMOS R&D, covering design and process technology and the Crolles 200-mm and 300-mm operations. Prior to this, Thompson also helped establish ST’s participation to the IBM bulk CMOS Alliance and the Crolles2 Derivatives Technology Alliance in Crolles. Mike started his career working for General Instrument Microelectronics (Scotland) and Inmos (Wales). Guido Groet, CFO Prior to joining Replisaurus Guido was for 10 years with ASML, the 3rd largest semiconductor equipment company in the world and leader in semiconductor lithography. Guido held a variety of positions including Finance Director for the US operations, managing director for the relationship with the key partner Carl Zeiss and VP of strategy and business development for the ASM‐track division. During his time at ASML he was also CFO for eLith, the joint venture between ASML and Applied materials focused on developing new generation lithography. Patrik Möller, VP Technology Integration Co-founder and inventor of the ECPR-technology. Prior to starting Replisaurus Patrik was engaged in two other Swedish technology startups, one working in the field of Nano Imprinting and printed circuit board manufacturing technology. Patrik has a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from LTH, Lund with specialization in micro and nanotechnology at UC Berkeley, California and studies in Business administration and Economics from Lund University. Mikael Fredenberg, VP Process Integration Co-founder and co-inventor of the ECPR technology. Mikael has a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from LTH, and a Bachelor degree in Business administration from Lund University. Prior to starting Replisaurus Mikael has professional experience in technical development, dynamic modeling as well as market research from previous engagements in tech companies. Alan Cuthbertson, VP Mastering Technology Prior to joining Replisaurus Alan has 20 years experience in semiconductor technology development and has worked for several of the worlds leading semiconductor manufacturers including Atmel, Philips, Siemens/Infineon and Chartered Semiconductor Man. Over the last 10 years he has held a number of senior management positions in technology development and has been responsible for the development and transfer to manufacturing of DRAM, eFlash and advanced 130nm and 90nm CMOS logic technologies using copper low-k interconnects. Alan holds a First Class Honours degree in Physical Electronics and a PhD. in semiconductor technology from Southampton University in the UK.
