PRINCIPAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER - ECPR TOOLSAs PRINCIPAL SYSTEMS ENGINEER - ECPR TOOLS you will be responsible for the development of new advanced wafer metallization tools based on the ECPR™ technology. The ECPR tools combine advanced sub-micron wafer alignment systems with a wet processing environment in a single tool platform, giving rise to unique challenges from a tool design and integration perspective. The position includes coordination of development activities for the ECPR tool development team located in Kista, Sweden and St Jeoire, France. You will interact closely with the other development groups of the company and will report to the VP Technology Integration of Replisaurus.

SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER
As SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER you will be responsible for installing, integrating, supporting and improving advanced wafer metallization equipment based on the ECPR™ technology and associated metrology and inspection tools. ECPR tools combine advanced sub-micron wafer alignment systems with a wet processing environment in a single tool module. The position includes responsibility for support, upgrades and maintenance of tools within Replisaurus cleanroom facilities as well as customer locations. You will interact closely with the process/applications group as well as the tool development group of Replisaurus and will report to the Director Tool Integration and Support.

PROCESS ENGINEER
As PROCESS ENGINEER you will be responsible for performing and analysing process steps in the ECPR wafer process flow. A process engineere is sought with experience in the field of wet wafer processing and preferably within electroplating. You will be a part of Replisaurus’ process development group, working in the demo & applications team based in Replisaurus’ clean room facility in Kista, developing the ECPR™ (ElectroChemical Pattern Replication) technology. Your responsibilities include performing experiments/operations according to plan or run sheet, preparing samples and electrolytes, collecting analysis data and reporting results. You should also be able to performing statistical analysis and mathematical simulation & modeling work.
