SENIOR PROCESS INTEGRATION AND YIELD ENGINEER - Master Fabrication
As a SENIOR PROCESS INTEGRATION AND YIELD ENGINEER you will be a part of the master fabrication team of the ECPR™ technology, used for production of micro- and nanoscale metal patterns in semiconductor and electronic components. The work involves creating, optimizing, and integrating advanced wafer processes, such as thin film deposition, patterning, etching and metallization steps with a focus on device performance characterization and measurement techniques using automated inspection and metrology tools. You will interact with engineers from both the process and tool development teams as well as tool and material suppliers.
